I have one double room to rent to a single person. The room is of medium size and has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac and is in the stunning scottish borders town of Peebles which has all amenities you would require to enjoy your stay. It is also within easy reach of the beautiful city of Edinburgh (23 miles)

Guests are welcome to use the kitchen if they wish to prepare their own meals, share the sitting room and enjoy the small garden.

There is a local town service and a very frequent bus service to Edinburgh city centre which takes one hour. Edinburgh also has a train station and an airport within a few miles of the city centre.

I am interested in hill walking, and enjoy TV, wine and the occasional book. I also enjoy weekend breaks and holidays in Scotland. I enjoy a quiet and peaceful life in the country.
