A four bedroom 1970s detached house in a quiet part of East Sussex. Bexhill is a small seaside town approximately 40 miles from Brighton and 60 miles from London. Local towns worth visiting are Eastbourne, Hastings, Battle (famous for the 1066 Battle of Hastings) and Rye. The house is a short stroll from a long stretch of beach and the famous Grade 1 Listed modernist building, the De La Warr Pavilion. There are two rooms available for Home Stay Friends. Both are quite small but one has a double bed in it, and they both have TVs. Guests are welcome to use the lounge and the garden in the summer.
The kitchen is available for cooking. Coffee and tea can be made by guests whenever they want at no charge. Toast and cereal available for guests to make their own breakfast at no charge.
Five minutes walk from Collington Train Station where direct trains go to Hastings (15 minutes), Eastbourne (20 minutes), Brighton, London (two hours) and Ashford International Train Stations.
